Pacific Alliance International Consulting Sdn Bhd  (formerly known SYM International Trading Sdn.Bhd.-1349628-K) (“the Company”) values your privacy and strives to protect your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Upon commencement of business relationship or at any time thereafter, the Company may collect your personal data or for corporations, personal data of relevant individuals in your organisation, for purposes of provision of services you have requested. This Privacy Notice applies to these individuals whose personal data are collected and processed by us.

For the purpose of this Privacy Notice, the term “personal data” refers to any information relating directly or indirectly to you (for individual) and/or relevant individuals in your organisation (for corporation) and/or your transaction with us. This information includes name, nationality, age, date of birth, identity card/passport number, gender, marital status, race, religion, address, email address, occupation details, contact details, financial information, the details of account(s), the type of services subscribed to, information of any past breaches of or convictions under any law and such other relevant information which we may require in order to provide you with our services.

In the event of any change to the personal data, you will promptly update us so we can amend the information accordingly.

We safeguard the confidentiality and security of your personal data. Where we appoint third party service providers or agents to provide services to us, we ensure that these third parties observe similar security measures as adopted by us.

Where we consider it necessary or appropriate for the purposes of data storage or processing or providing any service or product on our behalf to you, we may transfer your personal data to another member of our group of companies (including our subsidiaries, holding company and related corporations) or third-party service or product providers within or outside the country in which we are established, under conditions of confidentiality and similar levels of security safeguards.

Where the Privacy Notice is revised, it will be posted on our website at https://pacificalliancegroup.my and/or communicated to you via means of communication deemed suitable by us. If you continue to use our services, you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept such changes.
